How do I know a creator can do my kind of video?

Every profile leads with their work. You watch what they have made before you read anything else. Open bids show the pitch, amount, and revision history.

Why can’t I share my phone number or WhatsApp in chat?

Mindbase blocks contact details and off-platform payment links in messages, bids, and profiles. Staying on-platform keeps escrow, delivery history, and dispute protection intact for both sides.

Can I talk to the creator while they work?

Yes. When a creator bids, a thread opens with that creator only. Files, questions, and the latest cut live there; timestamped notes on the video stay in Feedback.

How do payments work?

You pay when you confirm the order. The amount is held until you approve the delivery. The creator is paid after you accept, and withdraws that balance to their bank from Earnings.

How do creators join?

Complete your profile and pick your work types — that opens the creator dashboard. Add a portfolio sample to bid. Bank and tax details are only needed on Earnings, when you withdraw.
